Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy seeks a Teacher Assistant dedicated to helping children learn and grow. You will support classroom teachers, assist with lessons, and contribute to individualized development plans for children from birth through kindergarten.

You will work in a supportive, inclusive setting with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skill development through structured activities and play.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• At least 1 year of classroom experience with children, especially those with delays or disabilities, is preferred.

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking enthusiastic Teacher Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and disabilities.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers and a team of caring professionals to create engaging learning experiences, encourage developmental growth, and celebrate each child's progress. You will help children strengthen their cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills through structured activities, play, and individualized support.

What You'll Do

As a Teacher Assistant, you will:

Qualifications

Education and Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.

Experience

• At least one year of successful classroom experience working with children, particularly children with developmental delays or disabilities, is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Skills and Abilities

• A genuine passion for working with children and families.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, coworkers, and leadership.

• Ability to work with children from birth through age 18, including children and families who may be at risk.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy, team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based programs.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to use sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.

• Basic written communication and math skills.
