BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to join teams in and around Williamsport, PA. DSPs provide one-on-one in home and community settings, offering companionship and support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential.

Positions include part-time with possible additional hours and full-time availability, with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities/special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

Conhecimentos

Experience with intellectual and / or;

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to join the team in and around Williamsport, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

Position Highlights:

• Part-time roles with the possibility of additional hours and full-time availability
• Flexible openings across day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Competitive pay starting at $17+/hour, depending on experience

How You'll Make an Impact as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP):
