BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join teams in Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas.

DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential. You will be valued, respected, and heard, with opportunities for growth, flexible part-time and full-time roles, and weekly pay.

Formación

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client's hobbies and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Williamsport, and Montoursville!

How You'll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Pay: Starting at $17/hr.+ (based on experience)
