Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in the Kulpmont area and surrounding communities.

As a DSP, you will build meaningful one-on-one connections, help clients live more independently, and assist with daily living tasks. The role offers flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for meaningful, community-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community
