Alegre Home Care in Sacramento is seeking a compassionate Special Needs Caregiver to join our caring team. This role offers flexible hours, with part-time or up to 60 hours per week, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

We provide company-paid medical benefits, weekly pay with overtime for eligible hours, and ongoing paid in-services. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and are eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior caregiver experience, preferably with acute, skilled nursing, or residential care
• CNA/CHHA certificates are a plus; Home Care Aide Registry registration preferred (assistance provided if needed)
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or couple care in clients' homes with compassion and professionalism
• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders
• Support clients with special needs and children's care in the Sacramento
