Job summary

Alegre Home Care in Napa, CA is urgently hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in their homes, promoting safety and comfort.

We offer $20–$25 per hour, weekly pay, company-paid medical benefits, up to 10 days PTO, ongoing paid training with CEUs, and flexible schedules including part-time or up to 60 hours per week. Join our inclusive team. No experience? We provide training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver or skilled nursing/home care experience.
• CNA/CHHA certificates are a plus but not required.
• Registered or willing to register with the California Home Care Services Bureau (assistance provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push 300 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
