Job summary

loanDepot is seeking a loan servicing professional to oversee daily operations in the Special Loans Department, supporting ARM, DSI, SCRA, and loan modification changes. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance and timely communications, while coordinating with internal teams and investors.

The role requires a High School Degree or GED and at least 3+ years in mortgage servicing, with experience in Black Knight MSP a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Degree/GED required and a minimum of three (3) + years’ equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
• Experience with Black Knight’s MSP servicing system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setups of ARM, DSI, SCRA and modified loans, collects supporting documentation and assists in gathering documentation for audit responses.
• Monitors ARM loans, processes rate changes, index updates and system maintenance.
• Reviews ARM Change Notifications for accuracy and ensures borrowers receive communications within regulatory timeframes.
• Performs recast modifications and loan re-amortizations, and reviews buydown loans for correct setup and funds deposits.
• Sends monthly buydown letters on loans with expiring monthly subsidies.
• Reviews Down Payment Assistance loan terms and sets up tasks to monitor processing of notes and terms.
