Job summary

loanDepot is seeking an Investor Reporting & Accounting professional in Irvine, CA and Plano, TX to manage daily Special Loans operations. Responsibilities include ARM/DSI/SCra setups, loan modifications, and note discrepancies while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and laws.

The role requires cross-department collaboration and timely audit responses. Base pay is discussed, with nationwide hourly range and higher CA local pay.

Qualifications

• High School Degree/GED required with 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
• Experience with Black Knight MSP servicing system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setups of ARM, DSI, SCRA and modified loans and gather documentation for audit responses.
• Monitor ARM loans and process rate changes, index updates and system maintenance.
• Review Change Notifications for accuracy and ensure timely borrower communications.
• Perform loan recast modifications and re-amortizations.
• Review and manage Down Payment Assistance (DPA) loan terms and related tasks.
• Update escrow headers and process changes for assumptions as needed.
• Interact with internal teams, vendors, and investors to ensure regulatory compliance.
