Donegal Insurance Group has an opportunity for a SIU Manager to join our Claims team. This position will lead the Special Investigations Unit and oversee the investigation and handling of claim files and insurance-related activity requiring specialized investigative skills and experience. The SIU Manager will provide leadership and direction to a team of SIU investigators while partnering closely with the Claims Department to identify, investigate, and resolve potentially fraudulent claims. The position will also provide investigative support on matters that may not involve fraud but require specialized investigation or assistance. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and experienced investigator with excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. This is primarily an office-based position with some travel, including occasional overnight travel, as needed.
Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 annually. The specific offer will vary based on an applicant's education, qualifications, professional experience, skills, abilities, and any applicable designations/certifications. The posted pay range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience. The pay range may also be adjusted based on an applicant's geographic location. The base pay is just one component of Donegal's total compensation package for employees. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
