This position offers a salary range of $75,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year, based on skills and experience. Join a growing architectural and engineering firm working on building envelope and parking garage projects, with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete parking garages (PIPS) and building envelopes for Local Law 11/98 (FISP) inspections.
• Conduct site visits to assess structures and monitor construction progress.
• Prepare detailed reports and collaborate with project teams.
• Develop drawings, project specifications, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Progress toward licensure is a plus for architects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Office, and RAM.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture, ICC Special Inspector certifications, and inspection experience.
