Job summary

NV5's Riverside office is seeking Field Technicians to perform earthwork observation and testing, asphalt placement testing, and concrete sampling across Southern California. This role offers hands‑on field work and opportunities to contribute to diverse infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates hold an ACI Level I Field Technician certification and have experience with a nuclear gauge and sand cone tests; Caltrans Certification is a plus.

• Earthwork Observation and Testing
• Asphalt Placement Observation and Testing
• Concrete Sampling and Testing

Qualifications

Our offices are located in Orange County and the Inland Empire, CA, and we offer services throughout Southern California.

The pay range for this California position is $20.00‑$35.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
