• Prepare daily reports for submission to QC Manager.
• A valid Driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform QC/QA inspections to verify construction is completed in adherence with approved codes, laws ordinances, regulations and standards
• Verify that construction complies with approved plans and calculations
• Read, research, and objectively interpret code requirements
• Maintain clear, concise and comprehensive records related to inspection activities
• Review complex engineering documents to ensure construction compliance
• Interface with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients through participation in project meetings and daily site interaction.
• Other duties as assigned

• Requirement for Special Inspector and/or Field Technician vary depending on the type of work to be performed.

Certifications/Licenses:

The pay range for this California position is $35- $50 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
