Resource Options (ROI) in New York seeks a Special Inspector to join a growing jobsite monitoring division serving the NYC area. You will perform MEP and architectural inspections, ensure code compliance, and prepare detailed reports while coordinating milestones with contractors.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture (MEP preferred), ICC Commercial Mechanical Certification, and 2+ years of field inspection experience.
