Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC seeks a highly qualified Student Company Instructor to lead and assess Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) students. The role emphasizes advanced warrior skills, small-unit tactics, land navigation, and tactical fieldcraft in a demanding training environment.

The instructor will conduct performance evaluations, counsel students, and ensure adherence to command training standards across garrison and field sites in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to obtain CAC and complete mandatory security training.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.
• SFQC-qualified at NCO level or higher with SFQ graduate status.
• CFD-IC certification or equivalent instructor credentials required.
• Pass pre-employment medical and urinalysis screenings; capable of rugged field environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate SFQC students up to Common Skill Level 3.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure training standards are met.
• Maintain roster accountability and supervise holding-status students.
• Monitor readiness, coordinate medical and safety checks, and enforce standards.
• Operate government vehicles and manage routine maintenance logs.
• Use GFE equipment and government networks for training records and communications.
• Adapt to rotating schedules, including overnight and field training exercises.
