Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking a Student Company Instructor to instruct and mentor SFQC students. The role focuses on advanced warrior skills, fieldcraft, land navigation, and tactical communications, delivered through classroom and field exercises.

Responsibilities include evaluating performance, counseling students, maintaining accountability, and coordinating training logistics across North Carolina training sites.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain CAC after Tier 1 background check and mandatory cyber/IA training
• Valid state driver’s license and complete required driver training for government vehicles
• SFQC graduate with a rank above SFC/E-7 or Warrant/Officer
• CFD-IC certification or equivalent instructor credentials
• Pass pre-employment medical and annual urinalysis; meet fitness standards for rugged training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate, and evaluate SFQC tasks and performance.
• Reinforce proficiency in advanced warrior skills, small-unit tactics, land navigation, weapons employment, and fieldcraft.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide counseling and feedback.
• Manage students awaiting training and holding between phases.
• Maintain 100% roster accountability and supervise training details.
• Coordinate medical readiness, safety, and housing/logistics for students.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and maintain PMCS documentation.
• Perform duties across Fort Bragg, Camp Mackall, and satellite sites.
• Adapt to 24/7 rotations, including overnight field training and remote environments.
