Specialty Restaurants Corporation is seeking an experienced Banquet Server to join our Special Events team. You will deliver outstanding dining experiences at weddings, corporate events and other occasions, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction throughout each function.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms, greeting guests, serving meals and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ banquet server experience or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service focus delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with guests and team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by events.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and safety standards.
