Utilize industrial dishwashing equipment, detergents, and sanitizers.* Be proactive in troubleshooting and addressing any issues that may arise with dishwashing machines to minimize disruptions.* Sort dishes and utensils by category, size, shape, or material to maximize cleaning efficiency. Ensure proper loading into machines for optimal results.* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down counters and equipment. Keep all dishes neatly stored in their designated locations.* During peak service periods, assist with various kitchen tasks such as food prep or plating to support kitchen efficiency.* Strictly adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing protective gear.
