Utilize industrial dishwashing equipment, detergents, and sanitizers.* Be proactive in troubleshooting and addressing any issues that may arise with dishwashing machines to minimize disruptions.* Sort dishes and utensils by category, size, shape, or material to maximize cleaning efficiency.
