Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Special Events Customer Service representative at our Clinton, UT location. You will be the face of the brand at tastings and events, helping customers choose the perfect cakes and coordinating logistics to ensure memorable celebrations.

The role calls for prior customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask, with availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or event setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Passion for baking and cake decoration is a plus.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
