Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking Special Event Bartenders to provide bartending and beverage service at events across Alabama. This flexible, part-time role offers exposure to sporting venues, festivals, weddings, and private events.

As part of a dynamic team, you will prepare drinks, assist guests, process orders, and maintain bar stations, delivering friendly, professional service while supporting your teammates in busy environments.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Reliable transportation to assigned event locations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to complete required training and alcohol service certification

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide quick, accurate, and friendly service to guests at each event
• Verify identification and follow alcohol service laws
• Take guest orders and process transactions using POS systems
• Maintain beverage preparation, portioning, and presentation standards
• Keep bar stations clean, organized, and ready during busy periods
• Assist with bar area setup and restocking before events
• Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs
• Help maintain efficient service flow during high-volume events
• Complete closing duties and equipment storage
