Castaway is seeking a Banquet Bartender/Mixologist in Burbank, CA. The role focuses on crafting exceptional cocktails, mastering classics, and delivering a personalized guest experience.

You will work a Friday/Saturday schedule with weekend hours, maintain high bar standards, and contribute creative ideas while ensuring responsible service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled Mixologist or Bartender.
• Available on Friday and Saturday afternoons/evenings and Sunday mornings/afternoons.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with guests.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment.
• Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
