SP+ in Richmond, VA is hiring Special Events Attendants to greet guests and assist with parking operations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, cash handling, and reliable shift attendance.

You’ll learn each event location, manage payments, and guide guests safely through entry/exit points in all weather conditions. Pay rate is $20 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within SP+.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements will vary by location.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers by answering questions and delivering quality service.
• Receive customer payment for parking services and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
• Arrive on time and in a neat, complete uniform.
• Provide directions and inform customers of city locations.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Maintain cash security, issue receipts or tickets, and complete cashier reports.
