Job summary

SP+ in Richmond, VA is seeking a Special Events Attendant to provide friendly customer service at events and assist with parking operations. You will handle cash transactions, guide attendees, and help maintain smooth entry and exit flow while ensuring a neat appearance.

This part-time position offers flexible shifts, daily pay through Payactiv, and opportunities for growth within SP+. Outdoor work with varying weather is expected, and you’ll be an integral part of our event teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must maintain neat appearance and wear uniform at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions courteously.
• Process payments for parking services and manage cash.
• Direct traffic and provide directions at entrances/exits and at various locations.
• Maintain punctuality and wear a clean, complete uniform.
• Report incidents or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Learn each event location and understand site requirements.
