Scarborough Public Schools is seeking compassionate Educational Technicians (Grades 3-5) to support students with disabilities in a special education team. The role involves one-on-one and small-group instructional and behavioral support to help students access the curriculum effectively.

Position requires Maine DOE Education Technician I-III certification. Applicants must be fingerprinted and pass CHRC. Immediate date available with ongoing posting until filled.

Mansioni

• Assist in implementing IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in academic, social, and life skills.
• Support students in inclusive classrooms and ensure access to curriculum.
• Modify and adapt materials to meet diverse needs.
• Implement behavioral support plans and monitor progress.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess and activities.
• Collect data on student progress and collaborate with the team.
