Job summary

Ro Health, LLC seeks a Special Education Teacher (Mild/Mod & Mod/Severe) for on-site roles in Central Valley classrooms. Start date is immediate with placements across K-12 public schools.

You will provide targeted instruction aligned with IEP goals, write and manage IEPs, and collaborate with general education staff, speech therapists, and families to implement accommodations and behavior plans. Benefits include weekly pay, commuter stipend, PTO, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Preliminary/Clear/Level I/II).
• R3MM (Mild/Moderate) or R3EN (Extensive Support Needs) preferred; EL authorization advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction based on IEP goals for individuals and small groups.
• Write, track, and manage IEPs using district software like SEIS.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers, paras, speech therapists, and parents to implement accommodations and behavior plans.
• Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment using behavioral strategies and assistive tech.
