Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in students.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to support student progress.
• Deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models and PBIS framework.
• Maintain and update IEPs, BIPs, and incident reports as required.
• Create individualized lesson plans aligned to student needs.
• Monitor student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
