Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students, including to and from locations within the school.
