Qualifications

• Oregon teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience addressing needs of students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Use data to drive instructional decisions and progress monitoring.
• Knowledge of PBIS and behavior intervention planning.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and RTI processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt instructional programs for students with special needs.
• Provide case management and maintain student files.
• Supervise, train, and direct Instructional Assistants.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver well-planned instruction using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate testing, placement, and conferencing activities.
