Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher in Minnesota. You will support students with diverse learning needs, working with colleagues, therapists, and families to tailor instruction and promote growth.

Lead compliant IEP development, implement individualized strategies, and use data to monitor progress while maintaining open caregiver communication and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred).
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong understanding of learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and teams.
• Adaptable approach to engage diverse learners.
• Familiarity with educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized instructional strategies and lesson plans for students with special needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to inform instruction and measure progress.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and administrators.
