Job summary

Baltimore County Public Schools is seeking a Special Education teacher for self-contained classrooms. Under the supervision of the principal, you will plan instructional experiences, supervise students, monitor outcomes, and contribute to a respectful learning environment.

You will create lesson plans aligned to curricula, maintain records, and communicate progress to families. Collaboration with staff and families is essential, with after-hours meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Maryland Educator Certificate or License required or eligible.
• Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and instructional techniques.
