Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated Special Education professionals to support K-12 students in New Britain, CT. This full-time contract positions runs through June 11, 2027, with 35 hours per week across Pathways, KEY autism, and inclusive classrooms.

Ideal candidates hold CT SPED licensure and have experience in school settings with multiple disabilities or autism, collaborating with teams to develop IEPs and adapt instruction. Zoom interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Special Education licensure and certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings with students with multiple disabilities and/or autism.
• Solid understanding of K-12 special education programs, compliance, and instructional strategies.
• Familiarity with inclusion models and ability to collaborate with general education staff.
• References must be available for credentialing and onboarding.
