Qualifications

Position Overview
Provide specialized instruction and academic support to 7th-8th grade students with mild-to-moderate learning needs through both push-in and pull-out services.
Serve as case manager for assigned students, coordinating IEP development, meetings, progress monitoring, and implementation of individualized goals and accommodations.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to adapt instruction, assignments, and classroom strategies to meet student needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation to inform instructional planning and IEP updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Valid California Special Education Credential with Mild/Moderate Disabilities or equivalent authorization and English Learner (EL) authorization required
Experience providing resource specialist, push-in/pull-out, or special education services in an elementary school setting preferred
