Special Education Teacher - Middle School

SchoolHouse Staffing is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a middle school assignment for the 2026-2027 school year in Wickenburg, AZ (85390). This is a full-time, W-2 position paying $45.00-$55.00 per hour DOE, on a four-day school week, Monday through Thursday.

Pay Scale

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. Actual rate within this range depends on licensure, endorsements, relevant experience, and assignment requirements. Paid weekly. This range reflects what SchoolHouse Staffing reasonably expects in good faith to pay for this assignment at the time of posting.

Benefits and Other Compensation

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, a four-day school week, on-site at a single partner middle school for the 2026-2027 school year. The daily on-site schedule runs approximately 7.5-8 hours and includes a duty-free, unpaid lunch period. Some Fridays may include required professional development or IEP meeting obligations as scheduled by the district. Start date and assignment duration are subject to district needs, enrollment, and the terms of the client agreement, and are not guaranteed.

About the Role

SchoolHouse Staffing partners with school districts across Arizona to place special education professionals. In this role you will:
