Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide paraprofessional staff to support program implementation.
  • Plan and deliver instruction using established curriculum and program requirements.
  • Design and implement individualized instructional plans for students’ educational needs.
  • Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and monitor progress and attendance.
  • Coordinate with staff and parents to communicate student progress and program activities.
