Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Special Education Teacher near Minneapolis, MN to support middle school (K-8) students with diverse needs. The role runs Aug 3, 2026–Jun 3, 2027 as a W2 contract, offering both full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm) or part-time options.

The position emphasizes pull-out and inclusion services, strong collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development within a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license (required).
• Experience in special education settings, preferably middle school or K-8.
• Ability to provide individualized and group instruction.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff, students, and families.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with varying needs in small groups and inclusive classrooms.
• Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and adjust goals as needed.
• Partner with general education teachers to support student success across curricula.
• Maintain clear communication with families and support staff.
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development.
