Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Special Education teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with children in a special education setting.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized lesson plans to address each student’s learning and behavioral needs.
• Modify curricula for students with a wide range of disabilities.
• Conduct assessments and maintain progress records.
