Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and rigor.
• Apply behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Assist with supervision duties and school-wide activities.
• Record student growth and maintain required forms and files.
