• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management abilities.
• Flexibility, patience, and genuine passion for student growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned to students' unique needs and strengths.
• Work collaboratively with general education faculty and support staff.
• Track and report on student progress, providing regular updates to parents and administration.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and social development.
