Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support students ages 3-5. This contract role emphasizes inclusive, evidence-based instruction and collaboration with families and support staff.

You will develop IEPs, adapt instruction to diverse learners, and track progress to ensure growth across social, emotional, and academic domains.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education and Generalist certifications required.
• Experience teaching or supporting children ages 3-5 strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of early childhood development and special education best practices.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and patience to individualize instruction based on student needs.
• Passion for fostering a welcoming, inclusive classroom climate.

Responsibilities
