Responsibilities

• Teach knowledge and skills to diverse students

• Use data to modify short- and long-term plans to promote academic performance
• Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned with CASE/ PBIS
• Collaborate with teams to foster critical thinking and rigor
• Apply behavior support strategies and, if necessary, de-escalation techniques to ensure safety
• Record growth and maintain required forms and files
• Participate in daily school functions, conferences, and trainings
