Responsibilities

• Modify and adapt instructional delivery and materials to meet diverse learning needs and IEPs.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum and support inclusion for students.
• Communicate with parents, administrators, and other professionals to plan IEP and Evaluation meetings.
• Act as IEP facilitator between special education and regular education teachers.
• Gather information and update IEP and data reports as needed.
• Complete progress reports and report cards for each student.
• Assist in identifying interventions for students in need of support.
• Maintain up-to-date student data for grading and IEP progress.
