Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of assigned students through assessments.
• Review data to develop goals and objectives for each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers on student objectives.
• Plan and implement individualized learning plans for each student.
• Design and adapt teaching strategies and materials to IEPs.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes with appropriate assessments.
• Communicate with parents/teachers about progress and IEPs.
• Develop and implement interventions and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
