Onward Education is partnering with a school in El Paso County, CO to fill a Special Education Teacher position for the 2026/2027 school year. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Colorado Special Education teaching license (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and specialized academic support to students with disabilities in accordance with their IEPs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications in collaboration with teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation and participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews.
• Support positive behavior interventions and create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and success.

Education
