Job summary

Onward Education is partnering with a school in El Paso County, CO to fill a Special Education Teacher position for the 2026/2027 school year. The teacher will deliver individualized instruction aligned to IEP goals, supporting academic growth and social-emotional development within an inclusive school community.

• Support positive behavior interventions and create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and success.
