Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year to support students with diverse learning needs in a school setting. This role emphasizes individualized instruction aligned with IEPs and promotes academic and behavioral growth.

You will develop IEPs, deliver differentiated instruction, monitor progress with data, and collaborate with families, therapists, and general educators to ensure access to the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active state teaching certification or eligibility.
• Experience working in K–12 special education settings preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Provide differentiated instruction based on student needs and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction using data.
• Support behavioral, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families.
