Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential CSDE 165 certification.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach, nurture confidence, and meet student needs.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, high-risk forms).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
