Job summary

ACS Consultants, Inc. is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join partner schools in Philadelphia.

You will design, implement, and evaluate IEPs, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with general educators, families, and staff to support student progress. The roles offer full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedules with weekly compensation and a school calendar that includes holidays and summer break.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• Background checks and FBI/state clearances.
• Ability to collaborate with families and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate IEPs for students with special needs.
• Differentiate instruction based on individual learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress.
• Foster engaging learning through varied teaching techniques and tools.
• Monitor student performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Support inclusive classroom environments and student social-emotional growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings and relevant team meetings.
