Job summary

ACS Consultants, Inc. is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join partner schools in Philadelphia.

You will design, implement, and evaluate IEPs, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with general educators, families, and staff to support student progress. The roles offer full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedules with weekly compensation and a school calendar that includes holidays and summer break.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• Background checks and FBI/state clearances.
• Ability to collaborate with families and school staff.

Our partner schools in Philadelphia are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to join their teams. We’re looking for educators committed to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments and who can effectively tailor instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Differentiate instruction based on students’ individual learning styles, strengths, and challenges
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and success
• Apply a variety of teaching techniques and educational tools to foster engagement and learning
• Regularly monitor student performance and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development and behavioral growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant team or school meetings

Qualifications:
