Job summary

The Gresham Barlow School District is seeking a Teacher - Special Education (ERC) for the 2026-2027 school year. This position requires a Oregon teaching license with Special Education endorsement and is based on a 195/196 day contract.

Responsibilities include implementing district curriculum, maintaining IEPs and related reports, collaborating with staff and families, and providing a safe, supportive learning environment for students with special needs.

Qualifications

• Oregon teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• First Aid Card is required.
• Experience documenting IEPs and progress should be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students with individualized needs per IEP goals.
• Maintain classroom safety and manage behavior for anOptimal learning environment.
• Prepare IEPs, FBA/BIP, progress reports and related documentation.
• Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support outcomes.
