Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students in a Middlesex County, MA school setting. You will collaborate with families and service providers to deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEPs and school goals.

In this role, you will design differentiated lessons, monitor progress, implement accommodations, and contribute to student planning and goal development while maintaining student confidentiality and adhering to district policies.

Qualifications

• Active Special Education credential/license for MA
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience with diverse learners and IEPs
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized instruction aligned to IEP goals
• Provide academic and behavioral supports
• Create engaging, differentiated lessons for diverse learners
• Monitor and document student progress toward goals
• Implement accommodations and modifications in the classroom
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning
• Support social-emotional and functional development
• Maintain accurate student records and confidentiality
